Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 2.4 Used to be a good chapter in the late 1970s and early 1980s..... then they sucked for about 20 years until around 2008 when they started to get better. Once Delt, Sigma Chi, and SigEp got in trouble around '07 Phi Delt started taking better guy that normally would have joined those frats. They are still average size....have ok parties....and do nothing on campus. Over all they are an average party frat like Delt or SigEp. They are no where near as good as SAE, KOT, or the other top tier.
