Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 Tri C was a decent group but their is no reason to believe it was any better than the other local fraternities that were at Baylor from the 1930s until 1976. Taurus, KOT, Chamber and tons of others were great groups. Bottom line phi delt for the past 20 years has been a joke. We will see if it gets any better.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 3.0 Below is a self rank. That's all Phi Delts do. If they weren't such tryhards, and were more active, they'd be top tier without question. They're creepy too once past a certain time. Not as good as Ksig or SAE.

Also took advantage of several fraternities getting kicked off like Pike, Sigma Chi, SigEp, KA in 2003, and Delt getting membership reviews and partial suspensions.
