Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 Phi Delt was one of the worst fraternities at Baylor for like 25 years. They finally start to get decent around 2009 and all the sudden they start calling themselves "top tier" and "old money". The only people who buy this are freshman and the same 10 kappas that hang around them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 Bunch of try hards! Did you see them at tailgate dancing around on their stupid wooden speaker box thing? It's ridiculous how much they try and get attention. While I was trying to enjoy the tailgate I had to listen to their ridiculous rap music…awful!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Baylor University - BU 1.0 We hate these young punks.... everyone of them is a lite in the loafers queer. Old Phi's were good ole country boys not low tier punks who care about what SAE is doing Saturday night or what mixer they are going to get invited too. These girls spend about 90% of their time managing their "image". The whole chapter has gone to hell since 2008.
