I like this chapter but they do not have the strongest sisterhood, it’s very cliquey. They’ve also had so many girls drop. Nice, fun, genuine girls. A very underrated chapter here but they still have work to do.

One of the worst fraternities and showing no hopes of improvement. Sad how quick they fell off. They are nice, just not very popular.

Weirdly on the rise, gotten much better since my freshman year (2020). On par with a lot of solid chapters, and have great parties / sorority relations.

These guys are AWESOME! ATO is definitely the best fraternity at baylor! As a girl, those are the only guys I would date in a fraternity as well as KOT’s and maybe some phi chis. Super classy and their freshman class is the best! If you’re a guy, definitely consider rushing them!

Has one of the best sisterhoods. The girls in Adpi are there because they truly value friendships above all else. They were my 2nd choice going through recruitment. I like the chapter I'm in, but I believe I would have been happy in Adpi as well.

It’s crazy Zeta is sought after. Many girls are unattractive and go zeta bc of their friends. It’s basically girls who sleep around mixed with unattractive girls using Zeta as a name for themselves.

If you’re expecting to rush Alpha Phi at Baylor, don’t expect to stay in it until your senior year. Girls are frequently dropping and get kicked because of the lack of sisterhood and the constantly changing “social media policy.” Heard their DEI chair left because she got told she “wasn’t blonde enough.” Rules and expectations are becoming so strict, you can tell they’re trying too hard to become a wannabe top house. From what I’ve heard from girls in this chapter, they have a lot of work to do until they can move up on campus
