Pi phis seem pretty good on the outside, but they do struggle with a major divide--half of them like to party and half of them think it's a sin. Their sisterhood really struggles. They're known for their love of gossip/drama and rushing 2 girls but dropping 1 on the last day of rush to fulfill a "points" system they have. I really don't like that. They are meaner than most other sorority girls—with little right to do so—because they aren't top house. I would avoid this chapter, but that's my opinion.

The top sorority at Baylor. Hardest to get in, best sisterhood, funny and goofy girls who are beautiful and athletic (Lots of athletes join Kappa) They definitely get hate because they're at the top—but that's normal for the top few sororities at Baylor. Overall, great chapter.

Overall super solid group of guys and I think it’s fair to say that they are definitely the best fraternity going into the 2024-2025 school year at Baylor. They have a lot of strong christian guys and then a lot of partiers but they all seem to get along and love each other really well. Very athletic and good looking. They lack in classiness especially in their most recent pledge class. That PC threw a lot of party’s in florida for spring break and a lot of those guys just made me and my friends feel uncomfortable. The Bone kid is a jerk and weird with girls. If their newest pc can mature a little bit, they’ll continue to be on one of the best fraternities but we’ll see.

Hearts of gold. Friends for life. These are two descriptions that pretty much sum up Kappa. This sorority has been top at Baylor for decades because they recruit the best girls.

After being in my sorority for a year and a half now, (went through recruitment in 2023) I can safely say sometimes I wish I would have gone XO. I’m content with my house that I have now, but I always wonder “what if?” Chi Os are so much fun. They’re smart and talented. They’re “girls' girls”

I already graduated so don’t mind saying this, but I knew a lot of Zetas who dropped Junior/senior year because this chapter has a lot of mean girls. The "sisters" are fake ngl. Obviously there’s good ones in there but still. Choose a chapter that will still choose you after bid day.
