They’re a top frat but I don’t know why. Dumb as rocks and their parties suck. A lot of other frats don’t like them and they make some sororities feel uncomfortable.

Thetas are cool and nice overall. Frats seem to like them. Pretty respectable chapter at Baylor and nationally too
