Good chapter. However, if Kappa Sig wants to remain on top they're going to need to increase numbers with solid guys. They seem smaller every year. Also some of the guys aren't too fratty

You can find about anything in Theta from the Betty Bible to Party Hardy, which makes the chapter really great and diverse. They are not cookie cutters of each other and each have there own uniqueness.
