It's not so much about the curve, or where Baylor sees its greek life compared to other universitities, as Baylor could care less at this point. It's more about control. Once Baylor recognizes that they have will have more control over fraternity & sorority activities by giving them houses, only then will housing be premitted. They will set it up similar to SMU and TCU, where housing is next to/on campus, so as to keep a close eye on and monitor the fraternities & sororities.

Agree about Baylor being way behind the curve on housing. They would actually have much more control over the Greeks if they allow housing as they would then know where each group is located. As is now, we get rental houses all over Waco and the university is clueless

More fraternities need to do the same. The more Greek houses we can get the better Greek Life will be at baylor.

I don't care one way or the other about fiji. If they did buy a house good. More chapters here should do it. Waiting for Baylor administration to grow up and let chapters getting some housing is a waste of time. Texas State and Houston have fraternity houses now. Baylor greek life is way behind the national curve on this one.
