transfer rush

if i rushed as a sophomore transfer in the fall, would i be limited to "lower-tier" fraternities? or would i be able to get a bid more easily because i would be in a smaller pool against only other sophomores? thanks

upper class rush definitely would help your cause. no fraternity is prejudiced against fall rushees. sometimes the fall class is crucial
