I preffed dphie and now I’m reading a bunch of comments about bullying and there was a ranking about racism. What happened? I really thought they were the most inclusive

As someone in this organization I'm really hurt by the messages here. No organization is perfect but a lot of these comments are straight lies. Trust your gut not people hiding behind anonymous websites.
