Chapters doing cob?

Were tridelt, sdt, piphi, and dphie the only chapters doing cob this semester? Or did more do it even tho they were at quota

The others were at capacity and didn’t do it. Pi phi DPhiE and SDT did true COB, tridelt only COBed the hot transfers before they went through rush so they only halfway did it.
