Emory hates Greek Life. And sucks in general
by: John DoeThis is directed towards incoming students and/or prospective students. I’m going to be brief pretty here. Emory as an institution absolutely hates Greek Life. Ask any Greek and they will tell you about OSFL’s constant policing, guilty-before-proven-innocent due process, and micro-management from a swarm of overpaid paper-pushing bureaucrats. Emory is also chock-full of insanely smart kids. That means, like at many elite schools, if you want to socialize around semi-normal kids, Greek Life is essentially the only way to make that happen. Never forget that Emory operates first as a business and second as an institution of higher education, and boy are they are doing a fine job at tearing down their own customers. Don’t make the mistake of coming to this school. You’ve been warned.
