The Call that was really an illegal Recording
by: i knowPlease stop the bullying. A girl in TriDelt house now recorded a pref conversation (which is against rules and laws and everything). Just stop trying to make it seem like it was a phone call to a girl. It wasn’t. You have hurt so many people with this and this message is a call to action. Just tell the truth. The more you put down others the worse you look. Do not play dirty cause everyone is supposed to be friends in greek life. It’s in EPC hands now and it’s not Theta who is in trouble.

it was illegal because the people did not know they were being recorded and the filming was taking place from a two party consent state. Legal action can be taken
