Why is SAM so underrated?

Why is SAM so underrated on this site? They are clearly not middle tier, my girl friends and I have way more fun mixing with SAM than most fraternities, and all hope to mix with them more. I am in a top 3 sorority, and we all prefer SAM over ATO and ZBT because the boys are nicer, hotter, and just gentlemen all around who know how to have a good and safe time. I think SAE and Sig Chi are top, but SAM is a close 3rd. Just look at what they’ve already done, and they just got their house like two years ago. Just my 2 cents.

SAM is not underrated but over. They delete all bad posts on this site and on campus their reputation is Greekrank. Ask anyone how they “rose” to top of mid tier
