by: YoIs apes real? They are trying to recruit a new class but I have heard that they are not recognized by emory and that student conduct will give you a transcript mark for joining. Is this true ?

Yes, they are active off campus. That being said, they won’t get a house back for 6+ years and when their ban is over no members who join this and next year will be recognized by emory. Moreover, you will get a student conduct mark on your transcript that employers will see forever if you Join. A 6 way mixer got shut down because of this threat last year
