unbiased rankings 2019

FRATERNITIES:
TOP
SAE- Distinguished themselves as the best during this rush. Got 90% of the kids they wanted.
Sig Chi- Still top tier, but had to bid a few questionable kids to persuade the kids they wanted into rushing.
UPPER MID
ATO- Had a weak PC, but still upper mid and don’t look to be moving. Very selective as they appeal to a different crowd than others.
SAM- Had a great year. There are some very questionable posts by some of their brothers on here saying they’re top, but with AEPi being off campus, I can see them jumping to upper-mid. Have had some insane parties, but often come acrosss as try-hard.
MID
KSig- Solidly middle tier, had a pretty good pc for themselves, but nothing special at all. This next year will be crucial for them with the new house.
LOWER MID
KA- Did well for themselves. Could move up to mid tier once they’re on campus.
DTD- Got a few solid pickups and are basically the best of the worst IMO. Every pledge class has been better than the last.
BOTTOM
SigEp- Only had 6 or 7 brothers in the PC and are dry which doesn’t help their cause. They still manage to appeal to a niche though. Definitely not a typical fraternity.
Xi Kappa- Not too sure about their PC. They always get their fair share of kids though.
Beta- Don’t even know if they had a PC outside of Oxford. Really struggled this year with DTD and Sigma Nu’s rises in relevance.
IRRELEVANT:
Sig Nu- Could be coming back to campus soon, but as of now are mainly kids who didn’t get bids anywhere and didn’t want to put in work for pledging. Still got a few kids though.
Chi Phi/Phi Delt- Haven’t heard anything from these two really. Don’t seem to be coming back soon.

SORORITIES
TOP
Theta- Turned it around this year grabbing some huge pickups. A few questionable girls because they cut pretty hard, but still on top IMO.
ADPi- Best overall PC in the opinion of most people I’ve talked to. Only limited because the haven’t been as dominant as the other 2 top sororities historically.
TriDelt- Got some solid girls but a lot of questionable ones. Still top, but may be falling a little bit.
UPPER MID
Kappa- Got a good PC. Very diverse and fun girls but aren’t quite at the level of the top 3.
MID
Gamma- Got their typical PC. A little better than normal, maybe. Some solid pickups who fell through the cracks.
SDT- For some reason they’re hated on a lot on here. Their PC wasn’t great but they’re usually fun and have quite a few girls who are pretty attractive.
LOWER MID
Pi Phi- Definitely up and coming, still have bids to quite a few randos but also got some decent looking girls. Compared to their upper classmen, if looks like they’re on the rise.
BOTTOM
DPhiE- Typical class for them. Girls who don’t really fit into the sorority stereotype.
