Not sure why dphie is placed so much lower than the bottom tier? They killed it during recruitment and definitely passed sdt

Clearly made by someone in Tridelt. Tridelt is literally below both theta and adpi after the PC they took this year. SDT is below gphi pi phi and dphie. Kappa is way higher.
