actual fraternity rankings

A bunch of posts on this site have been getting it wrong, and other times I've seen some straight up self-ranking. Nothing you see on this website is real, and what matters is that you feel like you fit in with the house you pledged. When I point out rankings for the different fraternities here, please take it with a grain of salt, and be courteous to everyone else both in and out of the Greek Life system. Below are the rankings of the fraternities' PCs as of Spring 2019.

Note:
The gaps within tiers are smaller than the gaps between tiers.
Gaps in the top tier are very small.
Gaps in the Upper Middle Tier are decently large.
There are no gaps in the Middle Tier are nonexistent, and houses are placed alphabetically.
There is only one house in the lower middle tier.
The gaps in the bottom tier are HUGE.

Top Tier:
SAE (same)
Great house, good group of guys. Got almost every single guy that they bid. Some strong picks, but also one or two questionable ones. Overall very solid PC and a mainstay at the top.

Sig Chi (falling)
One of two top houses on the row, and a strong reputation to fall back on. That being said, lost a couple bids to other houses, and some questionable picks. Objectively good PC, but unquestionably below the standard that we're used to seeing with this house.

Upper Middle Tier:
SAM (rising)
New to the row, and their existing membership does not deserve to be as high on this list as I am putting them right now. With that being said, very very strong PC. Done much better than they have in previous years, and really leveraged their new house during the rush process. I believe they even stole a few bids from the other top houses. Definitely on the rise.

ATO (falling)
An established house with a very positive reputation both with the sororities and non-greek groups on campus. Their PC was not terrible as some people have been characterizing it. I would say they had some very strong picks. Where they lacked this semester is in the size of their PC. Fewer numbers than usual chose to go ATO this semester, and that might be a concern.

AEPi (falling)
Unfortunately falling very hard and very fast. Built up a name and reputation over the years, but some legal troubles have really dissuaded PNMs from joining their brotherhood. Some decent picks, but abysmally small PC. Couple this with So-Pro and other things that might follow, and I don't see a very bright future for this fraternity. I wish them the best, especially because some of the current brothers are very nice people, but I'm left wondering what'll crumble first- their brotherhood or their dilapidated house.

Middle Tier:

KA (rising)
This used to be a top house way back in the day. While their nothing but a shadow of their former selves, this group is definitely on the up and up. Some very well liked guys among the older brothers, and were surprisingly able to maintain a presence even while kicked off campus, most other off-campus houses have faded into irrelevance. Had a very large PC this rush season, and will move up when they get their house back next semester.

Kappa Sig (same)
Not much to be said here. New PC characterized by the "usual suspects". Decently well rounded group.

Lower Middle:
DTD(rising)
Took a larger and stronger PC than they have in previous years, good job leveraging the new house.

Bottom:
(I haven't heard much about these, but I do know a few nice guys in each of these houses)
