Top
ΣX / ΣAE- SAE is winning this year for sure but that doesn’t stop Sigma Chi from being a great fraternity. Either one of these houses will get you a great social life if you decide to join.
AEΠ- Lots of controversy over this house. Very douchey unless you’re cool. On the downhill because they’re on cease and desist and will probably be middle tier soon.
Upper Middle
ATΩ / ΣAM/ ATO always recruits their niche of nice and pretty cool and kind of geeky guys. SAM tried waaaay too hard this year and everybody noticed. Although they’re on the “come up” nobody worth any value wanted to join them because they’re so insanely shallow. Everybody got that vibe from them.

Middle
KΣ- got their typical degenerates this year. Good guys who don’t care about social standings too much.

Lower Middle
KA- up and coming with their house next year. Could be a threat but this years pledge class isn’t looking solid.

Bottom
ΔTΔ- up and coming for sure. Lucked out into a great house and all the guys are a bit awkward but know how to improve.
ΣΦE / BΘΠ- SigEp got their nerdy crowd and Beta blanket budded; same as usual.
