aepi on cease and desist??

Heard rumors AEPi is on cease and desist for the semester which is even worse than social probation. If true they’d be one tiny misstep from being kicked off the row. Can anyone confirm?

If they are allowed to take a pledge class, why would anyone want to join there. They literally will not have ANY social events for a semester or possibly year. They will also the whole time be one mistake away from being kicked off. Cease and desist literally means Emory is looking into kicking AEPi off. At best for them, it will be social probation.

yea they're gonna get kicked off. they wont be allowed to take a new pledge class. This was the last straw with Emory and nationals.

Maybe legally, but good luck with Emory Administration going easy on that. Kap Sig kid got arrested last year, no cocaine was involved, they were on probation for a semester, kid got expelled and that was with his daddy's money expunging his record.
