The reason I put Sammy above ATO is because ATO is not a desirable fraternity, or at least for my crowd. They are a great group of guys but do not have parties like other fraternities do. Girls like them because they are nice, but they are not that fun to hang out with. Guys in ATO are typically cooler than Sammy guys but that means nothing to me since Sammy has parties and ATO does not
