sorority n frat rush preferences

TOP sorority:
1. ADPi (staying at the top. most social and attractive)
2. Theta (not that far behind ADPi. always have a good turnout)
Mid sorority:
3. Tri Delt (PC is a VERY mixed bag and hasn't recovered yet) == Kappa (very underrated PC. nicer and more attractive than most. don't @ me)
5. SDT (not close to TriDelt and Kappa but they had a pretty strong PC)
6. Gamma (that one girl made it on TFM so i guess they're mid now?)
Bottom sorority:
7. DPhie (slightly above Pi Phi)
8. Pi Phi (irrelevent)

TOP FRAT:
1. SAE == Sig Chi (both fight over rushes. not going anywhere)
3. ATO (definitely lower than Sig Chi/SAE but they had a small pc so they'll rush hard)
Mid frat:
4. AEPi (if they lose the house because of hazing and/or their house is old, they'll be low-mid)
5. Sammy (competitive with AEPi, and they're getting old ZBT house which is huge)
6. Kap Sig (same ol' low-mid KapSig) == KA (getting Pike house which is good but still low-mid)
Bottom frat:
7. Pike (couldn't fill their house)
8. DTD (slightly better than Sig Ep)
9. Sig Ep (irrelevent)
Newbies: Beta + Sig Nu
