junior transfer, does it matter to sororities?

Im going to be transferring, but do the sororities here give bids to juniors? Would it just be impossible to get into a house as a junior vs being a freshman

Since Oxford feeds into Emory there are more upperclassmen at Emory than other schools have participating in rush, so if you are a good fit in an organization it shouldn't be that big of a deal
