real frat ranks/tiers

1. Sigma Chi: Annoying, but top house. Hardest place to get a bid.
2. SAE/ZBT/AEPi: ZBT is on the rise this year, AEPi is on the decline. SAE is where they are because of their pool.
3. ATO, SAMMY: ATO is not what it was last year but still has a presence. SAMMY is impressive with their off campus house but still need a place on the row, heard them described as a more fratty ATO.
4. KSig: Stoners who look dope first week of school and then fall off the face of the earth. Literally everyone gets a bid here.
5. Pike: Hah
6. DTD/Sig Ep: Getting a house on the row next year combined but still a joke.
