Solid greek life for a private university. Not as big as some other southern schools (UGA, UA) but still around 25% of students. Most events are thrown at bars, clubs and off-campus houses. As other commenters mentioned, students that criticize greek life here are either unaffiliated are in lower ranked organizations. If you're interested in going to Emory, take a tour of frat row and decide for yourself. Overall, pretty good.

Vibrant social scene. Most people that hate on Emory Greek life aren’t in it. Lots of parties and events throughout the year. Difficult to get bids from top srats / frats.

Pretty easy go get a bid wherever you want if you just get along with people. Looks are meh all around because it’s Emory and parties are pretty dull, but it’s a good way to meet people and a good housing option for sophomores. And your brothers/sisters become your best friends in college. Beware of some toxicity and ignorance especially in regards to race, but if you’re white doesn’t affect you much. And the hazing is mostly pretty fun tbh

Greeklife at Emory is kinda dying. OSFL is constantly trying to kick off the best frats andsororities to try and tame greek life. Right now, i thinnk greek life at emory is still fun, active, and a great way to meet people but I don't see emory staying a greek school for too much longer.

Greek life at Emory is ok but the lodges are not ideal and are very dry which sucks compared to the frats having a budget for alcohol. The frats aren't that cool though and things get shut down pretty often. TBH most people party at home or go to tech. But the sisterhood/brotherhood vibe is pretty strong.

It is pretty easy to get into the greek organization if you want if you are normal. Emory doesnt have a ton of normal kids though which is why...

HECTOR SUCKS HECTOR SUCKS HECTOR SUCKS HECTOR SUCKS. This dude really needs to get a life. I think he makes money off fining the frats or he really enjoys bullying kids 1/4 his age. Definitely got rejected from Frats as a college student. Frats got fined for putting up Christmas trees because he did not approve of it first. Grinch IRL. OSFL needs to get rid of him so people can actually have fun at frats.
