Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity Ratings at EU

Totally gone. Not even hanging on to hope of staying together

The only frat on campus I actually would have gone too. They were actual genuine, down to earth guys.

These guys were awesome before they were kicked off. I went there during rush and each brother was welcoming and genuine. It was also one of the most diverse fraternities on campus, far more than any MGC fraternity even. R.I.P. Chi Phi :(

On its way up? Yeah right. A good house helps, but only goes so far when a fraternity is full of creep-o's who aren't really that attractive, get high all the time, and are probably the least involved fraternity on campus. As last year's top tier houses are falling, ChiPhi is definitely looking better, but probs not going to leave the bottom

Maybe not the best on the row currently, but between getting their mansion back, phasing out the weirder older guys, and pulling a great spring pledge class, Chi Phi is on its way up.

This is really funny that Chi Phi is ranked so high. They are nice guys and some of them are cute, but all really weird and lack basic social skills. All I know is that on any given weekend, my sorority sisters and I aren't exactly like "let's go party with Chi Phi." That should say it all. Bottom-tier. :/

They may be on the rise but they're definitely still bottom 3 with Pike and Kappa Sig. Their pledge class was better than expected but they've still got a lotttt of work to do.

Chi phi is the fastest growing fraternity on the row. When they are back at their house, they will be a power house, and they shouldn't be underestimated.... We'll if they can actually pull through next semester.
