"Bottom tier" is a relative term based off what you're looking for in a sorority. If you're wanting a cookie-cutter sorority full of popular barbies, then yes, DPhiE would not be your first choice. If you are looking for a sorority that offers genuine sisterhood, philanthropic involvement and a fun social calendar, then DPhiE is on top of its game,
