tri delt is def a top tier sorority. definitely competing with theta for top house. the girls are a lot more on the wilder side but still on point. don't really see any other house competing with these two at all

Obviously a heap of self ranking going on here. "Low top tier"? Try "bottom tier". They're the first to throw open parties when the year begins, but after that they quickly become irrelevant. Being banned from campus won't help either...
