They're very new so they are made up of a bunch of girls who were dropped from every house and some upperclassmen. They're a weird mix of girls. Some are nice, some are weird. Not the sorority many girls want to join as their social calendar is non-existent and the advisors are super overbearing. Also there are a ton of self ranks on this page

There are surprisingly a lot of self ranks on pi phi already. These girls are kind of a random mix of upperclasmeb and girls that got dropped from spring 2016 recruitment. Nice but awkward. They're new so they are definitely bottom of the bottom.

Very vanilla IMO. High GPA's. Some are hot but many are average. Decent involvement on campus. Top of middle tier. Third/fourth after theta/ddd/adpi.
