Very classy group of guys who really know how to throw a pool party. Among the best fraternities for campus involvement and also brotherhood. They got a big boost from their solid PC17 and supposedly have only lost 1 kid to Sammy. Lots of athletes, overall phenomenal vibes

I don't see how anyone would rate them as middle tier, as they are considered the bottom of the bottom in terms of sororities. Gets the rejects of all other sororities, girls are not cute and usually very socially awkward. Not sure if they even have a social calendar or who they would mix with (or if they even mix at all), these girls are kind of off the map in terms of the greek social scene.

Think they're a lot better than they are. Geeds are living in their house, and the brothers fight with each other a lot. One of few houses on campus that have good open parties though. Nonetheless very middle tier frat with poor brotherhood and some good guys and some not so good ones.

Can't be more obvious who wrote the last couple negative reviews cough coughzbt. Good guys, middle tier, had one of the three best PCs in the spring with an impressive brotherhood. The senior class is the weak point and they still don't have an on campus place.

Great sorority! These girls seem to have a ton of fun but they are kinda one type. If you don't fit it then you're kinda an outsider, but low key. They aren't judging (or at least they judge behind your back). Their sisterhood seems like it doesn't connect a whole well coming from my friend who's in gamma. Overall great but solidly middle tier. I'd rank them beneath Kappa, above SDT, and about the same as DPhiE.
