lambda chi house?
by: BSU GreekI heard a couple months ago that ΛΧΑ is buying their old property next to Theta Chi & plans to build a new house. Anyone else heard about this rumor? I think it'd be good for both them and the Greek community if we had another house pop up.

The Chophouse (as it was called in the 80's), was one of the nicer houses on campus. They were considered the rich - hot guys. It's a shame that whatever happened, made them have to leave and come back. I think it would be great for them to rebuild. It would also be nice if Ball State finally did something about the sorority housing situation. Even Valparaiso University is getting sorority houses.
