sig chi and delts still had better parties, but theta chi's weren't as stuck up and were more willing to talk to everyone.

Multiple dudes ruined it for them. If Theta Chi’s Exec (& the good/more reputable Brothers in that chapter) did their jobs in kicking those dudes out, Theta Chi would still be here now. No transparency, no accountability & now no chapter.

Unlikely if they keep acting the way they’re acting. Hated by all fraternities at this point.

If they continue acting like they’re still recognized by BSU, chances of Theta Chi getting recolonized in a few years are going to be slim/none.
