is theta getting kicked off campus or not? i heard they were but just recently heard they aren't and will be able to party next semester

If they were getting kicked off it would have happened by now. Probably just suspended for a long time.

Ball State no longer recongonizes them as part of Greek life. That being said they still have their charter because only national headquarters are able to revoke those. So, techinally yes because the office of Greek Life does not recognize them, however their headquarters has yet to revoke their charter.

They're still listed on OGL's website as part of IFC, so I don't think this is true

That's true, however OGL never seems to update the website. All I know is I don't think Theta Chi has done any recruitment this year and they haven't been involved in anything either. And their social media has been dead.

Their charter has been pulled. Able to return in 2021.
