just based on how recruitment went, ie chi o is top because of good bids/aphi moves down since so many girls dropped/sk is lowest because they have to COB the most

lol oh aphi feel down - have to COB way too many girls.
aoii is certainly moving up - prob above dz... tied with chi o - both are really involved on campus with great sisterhoods.

Pi Phi actually did much better at recruitment this year. Had 80% retention after first rounds and only had to COB 2 girls.
