They only hang out with the top three sororities and no one else. They have the biggest house on campus, yet they never have parties.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Ball State University - BSU 4.4 At Ball State these guys are without a doubt in the top three best Fraternities, so I'm confused as to why they aren't even in the top five on here. Not quite as crazy as Delts, but for sure a good time.
