Okay, the Delts are without a doubt the top house on campus but they have a lot of haters from the other fraternities because everyone wants to be the best. I go to their house constantly and they might be a little too wild but they are without a doubt the most fun house on campus, they have the best philanthropy with watermelon bust, they throw the best parties I have ever been to, and when I am at the rec it looks like they win a lot of the intramural sports, and their grades are okay.

Great group of guys, and know how to have a great time. They get great pairs for social events, and have an awesome house. One of the top houses on campus

House is always dirty, but I guess that's a fraternity house for you. Parties used to be fun, but they recently started bidding a lot of weird/creepy guys. Not impressed with them, definitely on the down fall after facing probation.

I really enjoy hanging around these guys. The older brothers are all wifed up and lived in the house last year which really brought the house down. But the new pledge class and all the younger brothers are living in next year I can't wait :) <3 xo
