Anyone know anything about Pi Kappa Phi coming next year? how are the guys, will they have a house etc.

I've never met any of the guys & in pretty sure they won't have a house for a few years like Ksig. The only frats that are relevant are beta & phidelt. Pretty sure this frat will be just like the others that no one cares about. Beta & phidelt are just established, new frats will have to wait years to become relevant
