Best house on campus as far as I see. It's really only between beta and phi delt for the winner. In my opinion beta just offers more

Just about average, but nice guys

I guarantee most of the good ratings about Beta are written by themselves! Sig Ep getting unrecognized helps them become a little better but once next year roles around they will once again be the only house that lets GDI's in to make their parties better!

These guys don't get out. They are a non-factor in Greek Life.

These girls are fun for socials because they are up for anything, but that's about it. They don't get involved with other Greek Life nor do they really help the community out. Can't say much because they don't get out enough for me to judge them.

These girls are seen as the third best sorotity, but I would say that's the problem. They're too much in the shadow of Greek Life. These girls are actively involved on campus and they know how to have a good time at socials and parties. They're those girls who had a lot of friends, but weren't in the category of popular in high school.

I would honestly say that these girls have become top house. They take initiative in everything they do, they are outgoing, and a bit quirky. There's truly never a dull moment with when talking with one. All of them are genuine and smart. Only problem with them is that they need to get off the Beta groupie train. Also, they try to jump into relationships with D-Bags mostly, and not take time to see the ones who are actually good people who care about them.

They are like those guys you just see as a friend. You couldn't really date them. They are all nice, but either really awkward or boring to hangout with for more than a few minutes. I do commend them on being the most involved though. They are always trying to get their name out there.

If you're simply there to party then join Beta. That's really all they're good for. They don't do much else, and they get pissed off if you even talk to a GPhi. They think they own them.

These are truly a bunch of gentleman. They treat females and males alike with respect. They also are hot as hell and know how to put on killer parties.
