Sig Ep is top 3 houses on campus for sure. Their house itself is the most Greek looking thing in Cheney, and its great location, too bad its not wet or that thing would be awesome! This year they really seem to not be doing anything compared to years past, but they have always gotten good grades and have a lot of members. all around one of the better fraternities on campus with their problems the same as anyone. Sig Ep will always be a top house at EWU as long as they don't have another incident like they did a few years ago.

SigNu doesn't have to deal with the school because they are unrecognized, but they still don't necessarily succeed. They obviously are party animals, as that's all they do. They took in 23 pledges this fall, which should be much much higher as all other fraternities on campus have deferred recruitment. And I'm not sure, but I have heard they have already lost half their pledges this quarter (which would be really sad). They don't really do anything for the community and they don't have to meet any requirements by the school, because again they are not recognized. If they could get the school to recognize them again, they would be much better off and respected much more.

Kappa sigma is on a wave to the top. They got a house this year which definitely put them more on the map, and with Beta moving out of the top 3 houses at EWU, K sig easily moved in. They could definitely work on their social life, but it just seems they keep to themselves and don't contribute to Greek drama. They don't progressively look for social events, but they are rather nice to everyone. Good things will come to Kappa Sigma as long as they don't ruin their rise to the top.

Pi Lamb as a fraternity is about as middle of the road a fraternity could go. They are nice, averagely smart, okay in athletics and rather normal in most aspects. They are definitely on the come up at EWU. I'm not saying they will be top house in a couple years, but they definitely could be up there just by staying out of trouble and gaining members (which is what they consistently do).

Phi Delt is easiest to point out at school or social events by the carhartt clothing. Not sure if they are farmers or wanna be's. Besides that, they are arguably the number one fraternity on campus. A phi and them are for sure the power couple of the school. They aren't necessarily the smartest or most attractive, and if you aren't one of them they definitely look down on you, but they are athletic and there is a lot of them. Phi Delt will most likely always be a power house at EWU.

D Chi is one of the oldest fraternities at Eastern and they definitely do not act like it. In most areas they really lack. They don't get good grades, they don't have a lot of members, its obvious they don't care much about school events, but they do throw good parties (size is relative). They have so much potential to be a thriving chapter at EWU but they constantly choose to stay behind and have parties with the new freshman. At some point you need to upgrade.

Beta recently took a huge hit in all aspects with the "Great Bird Watching" scandal. They went from being definitely a top 3 house at Eastern to being really unnoticed. They were the only wet house on greek row in previous years, but obviously all good things eventually come to an end. If they are lucky they will sustain numbers and get good enough PC's to stay on campus.

In all honesty AoPi has shown themselves in the last year to be a top house. They won Homecoming and Greek week last year and always have members doing things on campus. They get an okay rep normally purely because people judge a lot on looks. They get good grades, retain the most members on campus, have a good amount of members, and they go to everything. They should be number one sorority on campus
