Phi Delt is a good house to join. Really there are only two good fraternities at EWU now and it’s Sigma Nu and Phi Delt. They seem to not be friends with any sororities besides Aphi which is a bad look. The only frat that they are sort of cool with is Sigma Nu. With all their cool members leaving last year it’s going to be hard for them to maintain on top. There are only a few cool guys left and they are all seniors. Hopefully they can maintain with all the guys leaving or have left. More than likely they won’t be able to.

The nicest guys on campus. Very great to girls, they always look out for them at parties. Their brotherhood is really cool to see it’s unlike any other house at Eastern. All of us girls think it’s funny how every other frat guy will hate on them because they aren’t them. If you are thinking of rushing this house should be at the top of your list!

Love these boys.They honestly have the greatest brotherhood! It’s fun to go out, and just hang with them.

Super nice guys that throw really fun parties! I always feel safe and respected here. If they are having a party it is definitely my first choice!!

The best thing that Beat can do is cut their loses and sell their house so they can buy a smaller one off college ave. It’s hard for them to compete with the larger houses and being on college ave makes the larger houses their only competition. They need to compete with Pi Lam or Asig not Phi Delt and Sigma Nu

Kappa Sigma overall at EWU is a good chapter who are driven and wanting to be the best they can be but fall short of success in a lot of aspects. They secured a house last year to call their own which is great. It's in a decent spot, looks good, sadly gets shut down often due to neighbors but Cheney is small. The group of guys are nice, a good chunk in seemingly healthy relationships so they must know how to treat women right for a period of time. On campus.... Since when? They are excited about their house and they should be, but does every single event need to be there? They pander to those they already know instead of trying to involve themselves on campus and meet new people. They also party at this new house... A LOT. Which is great! They are having fun, though that fun would be more justified if their grades were higher. If you look at their grade roster you'll see that they went from 35 members to 62 members from Fall to Winter. Though if you ask them about how many guys they recruited you will not hear "27" it seems a bit fishy but whatever. Their brotherhood seems to be in a weird spot. A portion of the chapter doesn't want to be involved with the IFC anymore because of the rules, and the other half doesn't want to be like Sigma Nu. You can tell this has caused some rifts but it doesn't seem to be affecting their numbers which shows professionalism or disdain. Though because of their outgoing nature and overall attitude they remain well known and continue to do well as a whole. Standards on this campus are low which makes it easy for them to be at or around the top but they could easily be #1 if they agreed on a path and took it 110%.

Phi Delta Theta overall is a good fraternity on this campus.Just like all fraternities, they have some places they can improve. Let's start with their "popularity" or their false perception of it. The group they really put effort into being with is Alpha Phi, and sometimes Gamma Phi Beta and that's totally fine. Although when you make the mistake of thinking that just because you hang out with Alpha Phi that makes you cool then you are sadly mistaken. "But they are the top house on campus." Alpha Phi is the bottom scrapers of campus right now in sorority life. I'll explain that further in their review. Phi Delt had the best average for grades during the 2018-29 school year with a 2.95. That's pretty sad, not just for them but every other IFC chapter and the SAIL office. Only them and Beta Theta Pi had gotten above a 3.00 last year and barely at that. This group doesn't exist on campus unless it's something every chapter is doing like Neighborfest or when they promote their philanthropy and while their philanthropy has absolutely dominated in donations, is that enough to really be seen on campus? The answer is no. I'd really recommend them to table more on campus, be more involved in the community and to do more events on campus. For the rest of the minor stuff. They are usually all good dudes minus the couple egotistical ones that are stuff in their high school popularity days but there's only a few. They are nice to women, treat most other men respectfully and they mind their own business. They are definitely the "top house" on this campus but the standards are so low does it even matter? They could easily be over thrown by just about any established chapter because Phi Delt isn't pushing any new boundaries and right now they are stagnant.

Nice girls, pretty and fun they are fun to be around and stay pretty involved. They seem to really be sisters they all hangout together and always seem to be having a good time

They came back so hard! Proud of those men. Glad to see them thriving again. Excited to see what they do this year!
