I'm transferring to EMU for my sophomore year and I was wondering if it's normal for sophomores to rush a sorority and how much of a disadvantage it might put me at if I rush.

It is perfectly fine to rush as a sophomore! You'll have all the same treatment as girls at any age would. Most of the girls going through fall recruitment are sophomores!
