Tiers are the way to go:

SK/DZ/AXiD - these three are always top.

SSS/AGD - Tri Sigma is for sure right after the first three. AGD has been so successful they deserve to be moved up

SDT/AST - both are decent but have a hard time keeping girls to stay in chapter.

DZ - all gorgeous girls as usual
AxiD - biggest group of NM’s and all cute!? Amazing
SSS - literally killed it
SDT - adorbs!!
AGD - group of cuties
AST - good year :)
SK - ... not their best

no question, this is 2020:
AXiD/DZ
SSS
SK
AGD/SDT
AST

A few whys:
SK - unless they recruit strong this year, I can’t See them as top anymore. Still good but other chapters just doing better
AGD doing some great things and on a good trend up!
SDT - does really nothing to push them up or down
SSS - 100% better than SK over the past few years. Really doing well!

excluding graduated seniors i'd say axid/sss/dz def top 3 for fall rush
everyone else is lowkey about the same
i think the latest ranking post is more accurate than this one
