looking for frat info

We own what used to be a frat house on the corner of North Adams Street and Washtenaw Avenue. Apparently, Freshmen lived in the basement, Sophomores on the 1st floor, Juniors on the second & Seniors on the third. Can anyone share more info with us? We don't even know what fraternity it was.
