I’ve been around for a while at eastern.. when I first came here, in 2015, SK was the BEST. They were the best for like 3 yrs. everyone wanted to be in sigma kappa. Beautiful girls, High community engagement, great sisterhood, they were everywhere. The last 2 years... I don’t know what happened. Especially this past year specifically. They are nothing like they used to be. Odd girls/weird recruits, not involved in anything, seeming to be struggling with numbers, overall not doing well. I just want to know what happened....? How could they go from doing so well to doing not well. Definitely used to be 1# in top tier now they were almost in bottom tier....

Never met a Sig Kap that wasn't extremely genuine, they seem to be welcoming to potential new members and open to women of all different backgrounds.

Never seen them as worst as this past year and a half. You see the last two train wrecks of a class they brought in this past winter and fall? Oof They do nothing on campus or support other chapters, they lost their charm at the end of 2018. lost their identity too. who they are currently recruiting always seems to be a mixed bag of good to yikes

These girls get the best of both worlds it seems... they are huge party girls but also at the same time seem to be super involved with their philanthropy and sisterhood and stuff which is weird cause I feel like usually sororities are either one or the other but I think they balance both of them pretty equally which is not a bad thing at all.

By far the classiest sorority at eastern... they always are at every other Greek life’s event to show support. Have never had an issue with one of these girls.

shallow and unclassy. not all they are pent up to be. I’d be embarrassed to join them. They have too much drama and are honestly pretty fake. They tokenize girls of color and are known for being trashed at parties.
