Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Eastern Michigan University - EMU 4.0 Decent house, hilarious brothers, & great involvement But, he last year was rough for these guys. Their founding classes were top notch but the last year or so has been the same. Hopefully with new guys taking over they'll be able to be as great as they were.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Eastern Michigan University - EMU 3.2 They act more like a sorority than a fraternity. Saw one of their new guys at a party and he was a total douche. Why do they always wear formal clothes anywhere they go?...parties, class, etc. They think they're better than you,so watch how much you drink around them or you'll be the hot gossip.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Eastern Michigan University - EMU 2.2 These guys...they are pretty much a Sorority. They love to fake modesty but need approval from others in every little itsy bitsy thing they do. They are the neediest group of boys I have ever witnessed.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Eastern Michigan University - EMU 3.0 For a fraternity I can't believe how cliquey they are... Can't believe I've heard some of the drama I've heard. Sounds like more of a sorority. Not going to lie, very classy, but at the same time VERY judgy... Hate drinking with them because I feel they are judging every move I make... most of them don't drink which is cool but they just are fake and rude a lot of the time. Some good apples like Giancarlo though!
