Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 1.7 AOII needs a lot of work. From their social media to their presence on campus, there is a lot to improve on. I didn't see them table once last semester which must not help them get more girls, adding to them being under campus total. They also don't seem to be involved in many philanthropy things- at least if they were it wasn't on campus. I never see letters being worn around and when I do, it doesn't look like they are being worn with pride. Going to their social media- they seem to post they same 7 or so girls. To me that says that either the person who runs the account has clear favorites or they are ashamed of their other sisters. There are probably 10-20 girls in their chapter who haven't been featured once on social media. I'm sure a lot of those girls aren't new either. As an outsider looking it, it seems like they need to working on sisterhood, or at least the outward appearance of sisterhood. Showcase all your girls, you chose them to be your sisters for a reason right? Act like it. Looking at group pictures of everyone vs the ones you post is so sad.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 3.0 Since this is such a new chapter they have a lot of kinks to work out! Some of the girls are absolute gems, but others cannot hold a conversation if their life depended on it!!

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 2.5 A lot of people talk about Aoii and sisterhood. And yeah, they have a decent sisterhood if you are in one of the cliques. If you aren’t, you feel completely left out. The reason why they have such a low retention number is because if you aren’t accepted into one of the groups, you feel like a complete outsider who doesn’t belong. They don’t reach out to sisters often even though they talk about doing it. The same 10 or so people are the ones everyone always praises and talks about. It sucks when you join a group looking for friends and a home but the group isn’t very welcoming or homey. This goes for new members and current.
