Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 2.5 These girls honestly need to get it together. They let stupid drama get in the way of their friendships and instead of talking it out, they just keep talking bad about each other and giving certain members dirty looks at their lame social events (and not to mention half of them act like drunk idiots at them). They really need to work on their respect for each other or their sisterhood is gonna become more crap than it already is thanks to certain members.

These girls honestly need to get it together. Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 2.4 They are very sweet girls. Tend to be very awkward and not super socially involved on campus. They seem to have an issue getting members and keeping them but they are new. Would consider joining as an upperclassman.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 4.5 These girls have seriously stepped it up this year. They seem to be getting more involved with stuff on campus and within the Greek community. They also have gained a lot of cool girls this year and continue to grow. They do seem to have cliques within their sisterhood which isn't really great, but overall they are some great girls.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 1.7 AOII needs a lot of work. From their social media to their presence on campus, there is a lot to improve on. I didn't see them table once last semester which must not help them get more girls, adding to them being under campus total. They also don't seem to be involved in many philanthropy things- at least if they were it wasn't on campus. I never see letters being worn around and when I do, it doesn't look like they are being worn with pride. Going to their social media- they seem to post they same 7 or so girls. To me that says that either the person who runs the account has clear favorites or they are ashamed of their other sisters. There are probably 10-20 girls in their chapter who haven't been featured once on social media. I'm sure a lot of those girls aren't new either. As an outsider looking it, it seems like they need to working on sisterhood, or at least the outward appearance of sisterhood. Showcase all your girls, you chose them to be your sisters for a reason right? Act like it. Looking at group pictures of everyone vs the ones you post is so sad.
