Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 4.6 They have a great house and throw crazy parties. Met several of the brothers and felt at home. They have a HUGE pledge class! Seem to be great years and they seem to be on the up and ready to take the lead as best frat over Pike.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 2.6 They are probably my second favorite on campus. I went to a party at their house and didn't recognize anyone there. I felt very unwelcomed.
