Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 4.8 Won fraternity of the year, has the highest GPA out of all the chapters on campus, has the biggest house, tons of brothers in high leadership positions on campus, AND still throws the craziest parties! Why wouldn't people want to be around this great group of men?!
