Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at East Stroudsburg University - ESU 1.0 its obvious they have been self ranking. but they are without a doubt the WORST frat at ESU. they have no house and only like 28 brothers. they give out bids to everyone. Nationally they are a good frat, but here at esu they are complete rejects
